What vaccines do you need?
Rabies, DHPP (or DAPP), and Bordetella. Flu shot recommended for group play. Send records before arrival — or finish in Pet Concierge.
Can I bring food and a bed?
Yes — your food is always welcome. Prefer house feeding? Jersey Raw is available. Beds and a favorite toy are fine; we have orthopedic bedding too.
Intact or anxious dogs?
Private suites help. Intact dogs are welcome. Anxious or selective dogs get quieter routines — trainers handle it thoughtfully.
Drop-off & pickup?
Tue–Fri 8:30–4:30 · Sat 7–11 · closed Sun & Mon. Same-day pickup timing is fair and flexible — we’ll confirm when you book.
